OneAnchor is operated by Eternal Platforms LLP. We are the data controller for personal information you provide when using the platform.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone, organisation, role.
- Sourcing data: requirements, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and other documents you upload.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device and browser metadata, IP address.
- Communications: messages between buyers and suppliers, support chats, email replies.
3. How we use it
- To operate the platform — matching buyers with suppliers, processing requirements, notifications.
- To improve features and detect abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, lawful requests).
- To send transactional emails about your sourcing activity. Marketing emails only with consent.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed:
- With the counterparty in a sourcing transaction (e.g. your quote with the buyer).
- With service providers operating our infrastructure (cloud hosting, email, payments, analytics) under contract.
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure (asia-south1). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to a small number of authorised personnel.
6. Retention
Account and sourcing data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal and operational requirements. You can request deletion at any time.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies (session, CSRF) to operate the platform and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will break login.
8. Your rights
You can request to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
