1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using OneAnchor, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The platform

OneAnchor is a sourcing platform that connects buyer organisations with verified suppliers for building maintenance, repair, and upgrade requirements. The platform provides workflows for requirement capture, quote collection, negotiation, purchase-order generation, delivery tracking, invoicing, and remittance.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Use of the platform

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Misrepresent your identity, organisation, or capabilities.
Attempt to interfere with the platform’s security or operation.
Scrape, copy, or republish supplier or buyer data without authorisation.

5. Transactions between buyers and suppliers

Contracts arising from quotes accepted on the platform are between the buyer and the supplier directly. OneAnchor provides the platform and tooling; we are not a party to those contracts unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

6. Fees

Platform usage is governed by the plan you have signed up for. See the Pricing page for an overview. Specific commercials may be customised under enterprise agreements.

7. Intellectual property

OneAnchor, the OneAnchor logo, and the underlying platform are the intellectual property of Eternal Platforms LLP. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternal Platforms LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
